The Head Block in the original ''Wario Land'' not only goes by a conjectural name, but it serves the same exact purpose as the ? Block from the ''Mario'' series. Not everything needs to be a proposal, y'know. You could easily just ask, "This should be merged for so-and-so reasons, does anyone complain?" and it'd take a fraction of the time this proposal's gonna take.
