Despite operating on the same concept of using a blowgun, both microgames have slight yet fundamental differences that set them apart. The most obvious difference is that the difficulty spikes in both microgames diverge from each other (more objects to hit vs. more obstacles obstructing a certain object), but Grape Aim also adds the requisite of avoiding the sun, and its third difficulty level features a red herring object (the clay pot). While it's definitely safe to say that Grape Aim is ''based on'' Silent but Deadly, calling them the same thing is a bit of a stretch.
