We have two separate pages for Goomba-in-diving-helmets. One, Aqua Kuribō, has no English name. This one does.

#Wildgoosespeeder In general, I find it kind of weird that we classify some enemies from Super Mario Land and Super Mario Land 2 as different that look like the more common enemy from other Mario games (such as Goomba and Goombo). Which article is going to be most looked at? Common, not uncommon. I support.

#YoshiKong Although I saw the quick logic in bringing the two articles together, I now have enough doubts to oppose this merge. Taking another enemy from Super Mario Land 2 as an example, Honebōn is separate from Fish Bone and Jean de Fillet. We wouldn't merge all of these three together, just because they appear similar. It is the official name and game series that distinguishes them. Merging Goomdiver with Aqua Kuribō would require a part conjecture to be used on the article, because we can't assume that the official English name "Goomdiver" is the same for "Aqua Kuribo". And per Time Turner in the comments: they have different Japanese names. Merging the articles would be creating a conjecture on English names, which I would prefer to avoid.

#Baby Luigi Per YoshiKong and Time Turner.

#Yoshi the Space Station Manager Aqua Kuribo (literally translates as Water Goomba) is not limited to water. Goomdiver is limited to water. I also agree with YoshiKong. And no, it is not because he has Yoshi in his name.

#Bazooka Mario Rather not make assumptions and draw connections between enemies in two very different games.

#Ghost Jam Per Bazooka Mario.
#AfternoonLight Per all! I like it split and it stays!
#AwesomeLuigi97 I oppose. These enemies act different from each other, and they shouldn't be merged.

One part I'm iffy about is the different Japanese names: Goomdiver is クリダイバー (Kuri Daibā) and Aqua Kuribō is アクアクリボー (Aqua Kuribō... duh). Yes, the Aqua Kuribo name is official, it's in the KC Deluxe manga. Do you think it matters? 13:15, 17 July 2016 (EDT)
