Literally the only reason this character has a page is because they are friends with [[Gary (Super Paper Mario)|another goomba with a throwaway name]]. They don't look different, they don't act different, they have minimal story relevance at best and they don't even have a name. [[MarioWiki:Minor NPCs|our policy]] for minor characters discourages page creation if they lack a name, and even if this guy did, we don't cover every single X-naut on a unique page because one of them (in a scene where a hoard of them were present) was named "Johnson". Not to mention the big MPA character merge that happened a few months ago which merged most MPA characters to their species articles despite much more relevance than this Goomba and official (albeit generic) names.
