Literally the only reason this character has a page is because they are friends with [[Gary (Super Paper Mario)|another goomba with a throwaway name]]. They don't look different, they don't act different, they have minimal story relevance at best and they don't even have a name. [[MarioWiki:Minor NPCs|our policy]] for minor characters discourages page creation if they lack a name, and even if this guy did, we don't cover every single X-naut on a unique page because one of them (in a scene where a hoard of them were present) was named "Johnson". Not to mention the big MPA character merge that happened a few months ago which merged most MPA characters to their species articles despite much more relevance than this Goomba and official (albeit generic) names. So why does this random Goomba deserve a separate page when those others I mentioned can't?

I mean, we never gave the Lakitu from ML: SS + BM a separate page despite his prominence in the story and with the aforementioned MPA character merge, I'd say just go ahead and merge to Goomba's section.
