:I think the policy says you use the latest released name and in the remake of Super Mario Bros. 3 it's called the Goomba's Shoe there was a proposal about chaining the name [[http://www.mariowiki.com/MarioWiki:Proposals/Archive/17#Change_Goomba.27s_Shoe_to_Kuribo.27s_Shoe]] but it failed to pass {{User|Goomba's Shoe15}}

:::'''@Jordan''' It isn't just the Japanese name, it was the english name in SMB3 and Super Mario All-Stars 25th Anniversary edition. It was a major topic of discussion above. '''@Master R.O.B.''' I know, but I personally don't want a big chunk of proposals proposed by me at one time. {{User:Koopa K/sig}}

Those 3 things are likely different things. Goomba/Kuribo('s) Shoe specifically refers to the item, while Shoe Goomba refers to the enemy. The Goomba's Shoe's Japanese name is Kuribo no Kutsu, while the Shoe Goomba is Kutsu Kuribo. The Stiletto Goomba is a different thing, as it refers to a different type of shoe. When wings are given to it, when the player uses it, it makes a woman's laugh. Given how we split the Fire Koopa Clown Car, i think it'd set a precedent for the Stiletto Goomba as well.
