-I have heard no such thing. However, there are some glitches that revolve around Giga Bowser staying stuck in one frame (basically frozen) until his 14 seconds are up. Search "Giga Bowser glitch" and you should see a youtube video on what I'm talking about.

I'm pretty sure  they said something along the lines of 'they wanted us to make something new'.
