I have heard no such thing. However, there are some glitches that revolve around Giga Bowser staying stuck in one frame (basically frozen) until his 14 seconds are up. Search "Giga Bowser glitch" and you should see a youtube video on what I'm talking about.

You could've also confused Giga Bowser for Gigalypuff (sp?), in which case there is a glitch to keep Jigglypuff his/her FS size. {{User:Knife/sig}} 20:27, 24 October 2008 (EDT)

I'm pretty sure  they said something along the lines of 'they wanted us to make something new'.
