This isn't a separate entity, and it's not really an official power-up either: Bowser's always using different things to grow (meat, a minigame in his [[Rump Command]], offscreen magic...), and his "giant" size varies drastically (i.e. [[:File:NSMB7.png|in ''NSMB'']] he's barely any bigger than he is [[:File:World8-CastleNSMB.png|normally]]). Growing huge is pretty much a standard [[Bowser#Powers and Abilities|ability]] of his by this point: it'd be better to give a succinct overview there, rather than keep this mass of unrelated "giant" situations.
