Actually if he keeps his propellor brain stem.. thing, at a angle, he shouldnt spin around. And since the propellor is on a screw, I dont think that the fly guys would spin around unless the force of the propellor is really strong.

Ok, so who keeps readding the part where it says it "laughs" in SMW2YI, when referring to the noise that it makes when it flies away? My point is that it is speculative on what that noise could be, could just be a random noise to indicate that. I know the SNES had limited technology, but it also did that noise on the tulip.
