I for one agree. I was looking at F.L.U.D.D's page and noticed it said he was an enemy in Asterix & Obelix XXL 2: Mission Las Vegum and I want to learn more on that.

I am 99% sure that '''Kit Harris''' voiced FLUDD in ''Super Mario Sunshine''. If you look at the [[List of Super Mario Sunshine staff|credits]], only five people did voices for that game: [[Charles Martinet]], [[Jen Taylor]], Kit Harris, [[Scott Burns]], and [[Dolores Rogers]], along with Wes Monk as the [[Delfino Police]], [[Kazumi Totaka]] as [[Yoshi]], and (supposedly) [[Deanna Mustard]] as the [[Pianta Judge]]. Of the five credited, only Kit Harris doesn't have an article, but by her profile on IMDb, she also did a voice in [[List of Mario Superstar Baseball staff|Mario Superstar Baseball]]! (FLUDD wasn't in that game, though.)

Thus, I conclude that FLUDD was voiced by Kit Harris. Her performance still is so androgynous that I tend to call FLUDD an "it". I also suspect that, like in ''Luigi's Mansion'', Charles Martinet did all of the male character voices. He did all of the male ghosts (Jen Taylor did all the female ghosts, by this logic), and in this game (''Super Mario Sunshine''), he does most if not all of the male Piantas and Nokis, including the [[Pianta Attorney]]. == Nozzles ain't working ==

I have a copy of SMS, and I have unlocked all of the nozzles in every level I have (I got 36 shine sprites) but the rocket and turbo nozzles won't work. Turbo nozzle just makes Mario run forward and Rocket Nozzle just makes Mario stand still. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is my game stuffed up? {{User:SKmarioman/sig}}

::Actually, it was my controller. I have a GameCube controller that looks like a Wii Classic Controller, so the R button doesn't push as far as it should. I got a normal Gamecube controller. Problem solved! {{User:SKmarioman/sig}}

"08/17" is not a direct pun towards "08/15" but instead a reference to "08/16" in the German name of [[Poltergust 3000]], referring to that F.L.U.D.D. is E.Gadd's next invention after it, which is also some evidence to the thesis of the two backpack items being Mario/Luigi counterparts of each other. (Sorry for the long sentence!)

In ''Super Mario Sunshine'', these three "power up" Nozzles are treated as basically equivalent to the three power up caps in ''Super Mario 64''. The main difference is that you get the first one as a freebie, these appear mutually exclusive unlike the mixable ones from ''64'', and these ones last until replaced by another - [[Super Mario Bros. 3|sound]] [[Super Mario World|familiar]]? They all follow a theme per game, come from specially colored boxes that at first appear transparent, prompt a save upon being "officially" unlocked, and are treated as distinct obtainable items that grant the power up. Contrast with the Squirt Nozzle, which along with being the absolute default, is also never replaced and is treated as a core part of F.L.U.D.D.'s being - though it may be split later.

Frankly I’d be in support of splitting the Squirt Nozzle too, though it’s more of a gray area since it’s always equipped and is essentially the default, but the game largely does treat it the same as other nozzles in terms of UI presence and so forth.

So I own this Super Mario 3D All Stars game and the box in European Spanish and European Portuguese. In the back of the box, there’s a section talking about Mario Sunshine, and it says “FLUDD” in Portuguese.
