The kitchen dining car, after the chapter ends. He's the only adult Yoshi besides the Stampede move.

I think he also appears at random.

He does appear in the PAL version. I have it and he does appear (sometimes) There. He appears in all versions, but at randen. [[User:MarioMaster720]]
== Glitching one's way into the baggage car ==

Riding the train back to Poshley Heights after Chapter 6, I somehow glitched my way past the [[Excess Express Conductor]] into the baggage car. I don't know how, as I've never been able to repeat the glitch on purpose. When I had [[Goombella]] [[Tattle]] on the train roof, she spoke as if the [[Smorg]] was still there. If anyone knows how it was I caused that glitch, could you please say so?
