In [[Boss Game 5]] of ''Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis'', there are water drop objects that don't have their own article. It's highly doubtful that it's a direct reference, but you never know - NST is American, so maybe someone on the development team grew up with the Coleco Adam port and unconsciously put it there. :If we go that route, we might as well put the water droplets from Wario Land 2 and 3 here too, since these also have a gameplay purpose. Though I'm partial to simply covering any instance of water drops (except the DKJr. one since it's unclear if it's actually water) on the [[Water]] article since it's the same generic substance in a different shape, like how the [[Boulder]] article treats both rolling and stationary varieties of big rocks. {{User:Koopa con Carne/Sig}} 09:08, March 11, 2024 (EDT)

So, yes, the drops are described as both "water drops" and "water droplets" (pg.4), so that settles it. I'll go with either, although I'd prefer expanding this article since the existing water article is more about (usually swimmable) waterbodies rather than drops that serve a different gameplay purpose.
