The 1982 New Wide Screen version (and its remakes/reissues) is very different from the 1983 Table Top / Panorama Screen version. The gameplay is entirely dissimilar. Compare this to Mario's Cement Factory, where the only difference is the removal of one safe space when its NWS version came out or the SMB G&W revisions which had improved visuals and sound effects but no change in gameplay. It should be split into Donkey Kong Jr. (New Wide Screen) and Donkey Kong Jr. (Table Top / Panorama Screen) or simply Donkey Kong Jr. (Table Top) since it came first.--Platform (talk) 09:45, December 30, 2024 (EST) | The 1982 New Wide Screen version (and its remakes/reissues) is very different from the 1983 Table Top / Panorama Screen version.
