When has it been officially stated that Dark Koopas are insane? It's not in either ''PM'' tattles nor the ''PM:TTYD'' bestiary, so was it mentioned in-game somewhere? :::Maybe, but it's not our place to imply anything: the only official info regarding the sunglasses is the tattle asking "what's the point?", not saying "they're insane for wearing sunglasses". Seeing as no one gave me a good reason for why they're officially "insane" over the past two years, I'm going to go ahead and remove that speculation.
