When has it been officially stated that Dark Koopas are insane? It's not in either ''PM'' tattles nor the ''PM:TTYD'' bestiary, so was it mentioned in-game somewhere? Okay, I'm just going to say the reasons I think this should be split.
1. The Dark Koopas have different stats.
2. They have different looks.
3. It's been done with [[Dark Koopatrol]].

Seeing as no one gave me a good reason for why they're officially "insane" over the past two years, I'm going to go ahead and remove that speculation.
