I imagine that this would be slightly more contentious than everything else I've split up to this point, so...

Why are the two Cookbooks in the exact same article? The only thing definitively similar about them is that both are the key items necessary to allow the chefs in both games to cook with two ingredients. That's it. ''Thousand-Year Door''{{'}}s Cookbook even has the distinction of being written by the implied Maitre Delish, so I think they should both be split for those reasons. {{User:Toadette the Achiever/sig}} 23:46, February 9, 2020 (EST)

Splitting these would be in clear violation of once and only once, because they are, for all intents and purposes, ''the same thing''. Why should one having a specified author make ''any'' difference? All that matters is its function and name, which are the same. :::I'd split this on the sheer principle that, well, they're both two different objects in two different games. The TTYD one has a whole sidequest about it.
