Aside from the Japanese name, these are blatantly the same as the normal "Bandit" enemies from the ''Paper Mario'' games, where the blue color is unused in the first game and for NPCs (including a certain active pickpocket and hence pseudo-enemy) in the second. I think these should be merged. The only source to split them had very random lines it split upon.
