:I agree on keeping it on Lift since they're basically their replacement in the ''3D World'' style and the same thing. Flimsy Lift should be split eventually though. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 21:55, August 28, 2019 (EDT)

::I said it before, and I will say it again: just because something acts the same does not mean it should automatically be merged. See Whirly Gate and Transformation Door. A general rule of thumb imo is that if something has a different name and looks different, and likely is not a redesign, then it is not the same thing and thus should not be treated as such. If it acts differently then it is an added bonus. Plus, regular Lifts appear in ''3D World'' alongside Cloud Lifts (despite that the article does not mention it). So I think it's safe to say it's different. Also, Flimsy Lifts should 100% be split too. In fact, all of the other Lifts that are somehow merged on the Lift page should be split proper. {{User:Doomhiker/sig}} 22:05, August 28, 2019 (EDT)

:::Cloud Lifts shouldn't be merged just because they act the same in ''one game''. In SM3DW, Cloud Lifts are occasionally invisible and/or immobile. As far as I know, there weren't even any mobile Cloud Lifts in SM3DW. {{User:TheDarkStar/sig}} 22:10, August 28, 2019 (EDT)

:::Forgot about ''3D World'' proper, derp. {{User:Mario jc/sig}} 22:18, August 28, 2019 (EDT)

::::[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m8J76w9gI04 There are mobile Cloud Lifts in 3DW]. In fact, in that fight they are destroyed by Meowser and respawn, which I don't think even happens with regular Lifts in any boss fight. {{User:Doomhiker/sig}} 22:29, August 28, 2019 (EDT)
Yeah, makes sense. I’ll try writing it again. Thanks for the info, guys. --{{User:WigglyWiggler/sig}} 11:14, August 29, 2019 (EDT)
