:I don't think so. I believe they are just regular Koopas that are climbing fences. Mario doesn't become Fence Mario when climbing fences. {{User|Bowser's luma}}

They are just Koopas on fences. There is no "Fence Mario" article, am I wrong? Nothing is different about them other than that.
