Even in species where we split them based on having different names in other regions (and different appearances), they still use the first English name, but with different parentheses. I agree that calling one "Chap (green)" and the other "Chap (blue)" would work, but alternatively, their more specific location could be used: "Chap (second floor)" and "Chap (The Underwhere)".
