:::Seesaw lifts also appear in Timer Challenges and levels themselves, and I do not see this as a dissimilar scenario. To me, the Luncheon Kingdom platforms are just Falling Platforms with different proportions, which is already the case in the levels themselves. In the Wooded Kingdom, the platforms are narrow, whereas the ones in the Metro Kingdom are wide. As for the moon platforms, I do not really see the fact that boulders can cause them to fall to be a meaningful enough distinction between them and the other Falling Platforms in the game. iirc, we do not really see any context where other objects collide with Falling Platforms in other parts of the game. And even if we did, I don't think that would outweigh their similarities, especially considering large cubed Falling Platforms also appear in the final stretch of Super Mario 3D Land. - Nintendo101 (talk) 12:04, December 18, 2024 (EST) | :::Seesaw lifts also appear in Timer Challenges and levels themselves, and I do not see this as a dissimilar scenario. @Arend: There are moon platforms in the last bit of the escape sequence in Odyssey that fall on their own without being stepped on. 12:37, December 18, 2024 (EST) | @Arend: There are moon platforms in the last bit of the escape sequence in Odyssey that fall on their own without being stepped on. 12:37, December 18, 2024 (EST) |
