I'm aware that the Lantern article already covers the torches in the Underwhere, which fit there in function, but I just find it weird that the fire-shooting lamps from Merlee's Mansion are covered on this article when there's not even a visible candlestick, only a visible flame. I think it'd make more sense if these lamps were covered on the lantern article, because, well, [[:File:PaperCandle.png|this]] is precisely what a classic wall lantern looks like, so by all means, it'd make sense to be covered on an article ''literally'' titled "Lantern" (or perhaps split into a new article named "Lantern (obstacle)" as said Lantern article seems to rather cover objects that are by definition ''torches'' instead). {{User:Arend/sig}} 07:15, February 8, 2025 (EST)

:[https://archive.org/details/nintendo_guidebooks/Super%20Paper%20Mario%20The%20Official%20Nintendo%20Player_s%20Guide/page/42/mode/2up So the Official Player's Guide for this game refers to these as "fire-spitting lamps"] (or rather, "the fire-spitting lamp". There doesn't seem to be another name for it, it seems, but either way, I don't think it belongs in this Candle article. {{User:Arend/sig}} 19:26, February 21, 2025 (EST)
