I would get it if Buzzards were a standard enemy in ''Donkey Kong 64'', but there's only '''one''' other Buzzard in the game, and it's a minor appearance. It makes more sense to split Buzzards from Neckies, since they have a fairly different appearance besides the similar red beak color and have different Japanese names (which generally have more consistency than the game's official English ones). :Lots of DK64 (and indeed, N64 models in general) had abnormal appearances. The glorified target is definitely intended to be a Necky. Anyways, one again, the best solution is to have someone ask Greg Mayles on Twitter, and --not-- rely on that obviously-flawed guide. I'd do it myself, but I don't have a Twitter account and don't want to go down the rabbit hole that involves getting one until my life is a little more stable.
