Where did you get that info about his body, like, how do you know that the Trash Pit is in Bowser's large intestine and the Energy Hold in his small intestine?
:Some of them are shown on the diagram on the lower screen, where they are in relation to his exterior features. Granted, some of these are assuming Bowser's internal physiology is comparable to that of a human's.
