While yes, it plays identically and yes, it can easily qualify to follow the same rules as the returning MP1 mini-games in MP2, I still feel it's fine being split. Mario Party 4 does not acknowledge it as a returning mini-game, compared to the mini-games in The Top 100 and Superstars, and the title suggests it's more of a "sequel" mini-game (despite not really changing anything outside of how you push a pump down).

#{{User|Bazooka Mario}} They're treated as separate minigames and this does feel like a new iteration of the minigame, hence the "bigger" part of it, maybe to coincide with the updated graphics at the time as well as the more over-the-top presentation.
