Why does this have a conjectural name when "Original Course" is over there? Well, because if this article is Original Course then all four of the Toad Rally courses are also "Original Course". It's less of a title and more of an indicator of the course's origin. Also having five articles running around all "named" "Original Course" is semi-unpleasant in my opinion. -The current name sounds like it's describing a singular Bonus Medal inside of a cloud. All of the suggestions here so far are better than "Bonus Medal in Cloud", though the post's usage of "rare course", as you said, is incredibly vague. I think moving the article to "Original Course (Remix 10)" would be the best option since that's what it's called in-game. Technically the post in question is in game so Original Course and rare course have equal priority, with special course coming behind them.
