See the above discussion. The moment I saw this page, I thought it should be titled {{fake link|Bomb (''Final Fantasy'')}}, and that especially holds now that the wiki covers [[Bomb (enemy)|another species]] named "bomb". (If [[Bob-omb]]s, which are mechanical creatures, can be considered species in the <nowiki>{{about}}</nowiki> template, which is the very first thing on the page, then so can the bombs from ''Virtual Boy Wario Land''.) Using ''Final Fantasy'' as the identifier for this creature would be a much better distinguisher.

I think it should be renamed to "Bomb (Mario Hoops 3-on-3)" instead of "Bomb (Final Fantasy)" because Bomb's presence in the Final Fantasy universe has nothing to do with Mario. You can mention it's from Final Fantasy, but naming it that seems unnecessary and confusing. [[User:Rykitu]] ([[User talk:Rykitu|talk]]) December 3rd, 2024
:There's precedent such as [[Slime (Dragon Quest)]], [[Ring (Sonic the Hedgehog)]], [[Patty (Dragon Quest)]], and [[Jet (Sonic the Hedgehog)]]. {{User:Hewer/sig}} 17:14, December 3, 2024 (EST)
::Ok, that's completely fine. [[User:Rykitu]] ([[User talk:Rykitu|talk]]) December 3rd, 2024
{{@|Rykitu}} There's an item simply called "[[Mario Hoops 3-on-3#Items|Bomb]]" in [[Mario Hoops 3-on-3]] that is separate from the Final Fantasy character so that name wouldn't work very well. --{{User:Pizza Master/sig}} 20:36, December 3, 2024 (EST)
:{{@|Pizza Master}} Another good point. ''Bomb (Mario Hoops 3-on-3) '' will only make things more confusing than ''Bomb (Final Fantasy)''. You all win. [[User:Rykitu]] ([[User talk:Rykitu|talk]]) December 3rd, 2024
::For that question about its name left in the edit summary, if I remember correctly they tend to explode in their home series. [[User:Doc von Schmeltwick|Doc von Schmeltwick]] ([[User talk:Doc von Schmeltwick|talk]]) 02:01, December 4, 2024 (EST)
