#{{User|Tails777}} I honestly don't see any problem keeping it split, at least not in the face of other one time weapons. We have plenty of articles regarding weapons that have only appeared in a few games games, such as King K. Rool's Blunderbuss or Mario's Super/Ultra Boots. Also keep in mind Lulu's water pistol has its own article and it does even less than Roy's Bill Gun. I do see the conjectural title problem, but the [[Levitation Beam]] has the same problem. I simply think that renaming it would be a better option.
