The "Blaster" enemy from ''Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars'' seems to be a bit different from the usual Bill Blaster. The game treats it as a mobile enemy rather than an immobile one in battle, and no other type of Bill Blaster so far has ever been able to move itself.
