:Same with the normal Bandit and Badge Bandit. If they are still alive when its turn comes again, it will run away. It's important to try to miss only one block, or you'll have to make a sacrifice &ndash; coin, item or badge. <span style="font-family:Kunstler Script; color:#006633;"><font size="5">Wayoshi</font></span><small> ( T<tt>&middot;</tt>C<tt>&middot;</tt>@ )</small> 21:15, 15 September 2006 (EDT)

::Since you only fight them in the Glitz Pit, you can't get your items back unless you use Ms. Mowz to steal them back before the battle ends (obviously impossible during Chapter 3, as she's not available yet). Basically, when a Bandit of any type steals something and you kill it, the thing it stole will drop after the battle (although, in the case of coins, only 1 will drop even though you will have lost 5 or 10). However, in the Glitz Pit, you can't pick anything up at the end of the battle, so the items are gone forever. I learnt that the hard way. The best thing to do is not let them steal anything.
