| "Beehives in general fail the generic subjects guidelines." If that's the case, so do [[Cannon]]s, as they are both generic recurring enemy/obstacle spawners. In DK3, YS, PM, SMS, and DKJB, Beehives all spawn insectoid enemies, and as such have an actual gameplay purpose. This really should be split back into "Beehive (item)" and "Beehive (obstacle)," with the info from YS, PM, and DKJB added/re-added to the "obstacle" article. | Can anyone tell me why the ''[[nookipedia:Animal Crossing (series)|Animal Crossing]]'' [[nookipedia:Wasp Nest|beehive]] under the ''Super Smash Bros.'' section is mashed together with completely unrelated games? For all I know, the ''Animal Crossing'' beehive is completely different than the beehives present in the ''Mario'' franchise. I know we've been done a lot to downsize ''Smash'' content, but for what I know it's not viable to keep both beehives together like this. [[Beehive (Mario Pinball Land)]] being separate is also a major factor into why I think having the two in the same article is inadequate. {{User:PanchamBro/sig}} 06:08, May 13, 2022 (EDT)

| :I believe it's considered a generic subject that has appeared in both Mario and Super Smash Bros. so any specific instances of it gets covered, probably like [[Apple]].
