As you can see, this is a very, very rough draft.  I'm still figuring out how to design the tables for these things, since we'll obviously need to start listing the different cards, saying their effects, where you can find them (or what enemy drops them), any Amiibo you might need to scan into the game, etc.

I also need a bit of help describing the effects, since the system is far, far more complicated than the badges ever were.

== Suggestion ==

One of the Expert Challenges in the game is to use 10 Battle cards with "different effects" in a single battle. I've been trying tons of different combinations of cards that I '''think''' have different effects, but I still can't clear the challenge. This was a poor decision on Nintendo's part, as it's not clear what is different and what isn't, so I think it would be VERY helpful to readers if we were able to include that on this page somehow. == Little detail I noticed ==

Whenever a Battle Card is used, small stars are shown flying out of it, and they have different colors based on the effect. Here's what I've gathered so far, just note that this isn't very comprehensive:
*Cards that raise Mario Trio's stats have '''orange/yellow''' stars.
*Damage-dealing cards have '''red''' stars.
*Cards that can be used to gain more Star Points have '''green''' stars.
*Cards that raise the amount of EXP and Coins gained have '''blue''' stars.
*Healing cards have '''multi-colored/flashing''' stars.
*Finally, cards that lower enemy levels, Morton Battle Cards as well as Ludwig and Larry's Battle Card sets have '''purple''' stars.

So going by this, I'd say the Battle Cards are split into six main caterogies listed above. Of course, more info about this would be appreciated, even if it's a minor detail. == Why I stopped getting shiny cards ==

So I kinda forgot that I was working on this, but I never said why I stopped. Basically, I messed up. In playing the game, I ranked up and, stupidly, choose the upgrade that reduces the SO needed for a card. So because of that, ALL cards would then have the wrong number on them on upload. == Artwork source ==

I believe a very interesting detail should be to note what specific game is each Character Card artwork taken from. Since the Effect column is now very comfortably manspreading in the table, I believe there's room for an additional "Artwork from" table.
