The suggestion to split Extra Bad Luck Space from this page has been here for a while now. However, such a split can only be decided by a proposal at this point, but I'm starting a discussion on it anyway to see if this can be resolved without one, or if anyone wants to finally go ahead with it. I personally don't see a need to split them.
