''Super Mario Bros.: Mario Syndrome'' features three tracks based on songs from ''[[Super Mario Bros.]]'': "Mario Syndrome," a dance remix of the [[Ground Theme (Super Mario Bros.)|Ground Theme]] that interpolates "[[Super Star (theme)|Super Star]]" during the chorus; "Mario Syndrome Re-Mix," a remixed version of the previous song; and "Princess Peach," a vocal rendition of the [[Underwater Theme]] and "[[Ending (Super Mario Bros.)|Ending]]." The pseudonymous Super Bubble Club is credited with producing the single and writing lyrics for all three songs.
