The '''Super-Special Tummy Tonic''' is a potion created by [[Penny]] in ''[[WarioWare Gold]]''. It is used as an antidote for the painful side effects of the [[Tonally Transformative Elixir]].

In the intro of her stage, Penny tests the Tonally Transformative Elixir on [[Dr. Crygor]], which successfully improves his voice but also gives him extreme stomach pain. Penny administers the Super-Special Tummy Tonic to counteract it. Its effects are represented by pink Penny-themed antibodies entering Dr. Crygor's body and passing through his stomach.

In the stage, the battle between the pink antibodies and the the blue viruses from the Tonally Transformative Elixir in Dr. Crygor's body is represented by [[microgame]]s. The pink antibodies win and push the blue viruses away when the player wins the microgame. The pink antibodies lose and get pushed away by the blue viruses when the player loses the microgame. The conflict pauses for [[Speed Up!|speed increases]] and for Boss Stages. Only the pink antibodies are seen for the coin-collecting game following each Boss Stage. Lives are represented by vials of the Super-Special Tummy Tonic. If the player gets a [[Game Over]], Dr Crygor slumps over while the blue viruses fill up the Touch Screen, presumably indicating the Super-Special Tummy Tonic could not stop the pain.

In the conclusion to Penny's stage, the Super-Special Tummy Tonic is successful in relieving Dr. Crygor's stomach pain.
