Spirit Train is a stage in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS. It is based upon the Spirit Train from The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks.

The stage takes place on the Spirit Train, which moves forwards during gameplay. Similar to the road in Big Blue from Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl, if players stood on the train tracks, they would be left behind. Players can also fight inside the carriage of the train. The roof of the carriage is a soft platform. The train is also towing another platform behind it. Birds will occasionally carry another aerial platform on-screen. Players can also stand on top of the train itself. The train is being driven by Toon Link, in his Spirit Tracks appearance. Toon Link stands in the background, and does not interact with the fighters. However, when Toon Link himself joins the battle, Alfonzo will be conducting the train instead.

The stage has been shown to be available in For Glory mode, meaning that it has a Final Destination variation., but the variation itself has yet to been seen

During the battle, an arrangement of the overworld theme of The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks will play.
