| The level starts in a mountainous area with a Spine Coaster which Luigi and company must ride to get to the end of the stage. Poison is found at the bottom of the area throughout the level. The Spine Coaster begins with a slope, leading to a section where it dips into the poison. A Big Piranha Plant is found, followed by Brick Blocks and a P Switch on a track. The P Switch causes Blue Coins to appear in the following section, where more slopes and Big Piranha Plants are found. Piranha Plants on Brick Blocks are found, two of which land on the Spine Coaster. A Big Piranha Plant is found, along with some Brick Blocks on tracks that shoot coins into the air. Fire Piranha Plants are found, followed by another section above the poison. After the Spine Coaster track ends, a quick-moving lift is found, along with a Big Piranha Plant and the Goal Pole. | | The level starts in a mountainous area with a Spine Coaster which Luigi and company must ride to get to the end of the stage.
