| In this event, the length of the match can be set to three minutes, three-and-a-half minutes or four minutes before starting the event. In this event, the player can move around by using either the left stick on the GamePad or the control pad on the Wii Remote, and can lock on to target by pressing {{button|wiiu|B}} or {{button|wii|1}}, cycling through targets with each press from nearest opponent to further opponent and then no target. The player can fire snowballs by pressing {{button|wiiu|A}} or {{button|wii|2}}, and can fire larger snowballs by holding the button down. When opponents are hit by snowballs, their health is depleted. The opponent will be temporarily knocked over it they are hit with enough snowballs, and will be knocked out for a longer time if their health is fully depleted. To regain health, the character can walk over one of the life recovery panels located around the arena, and regains more health for the longer they stand on it. To jump on the ice ball, the player must walk towards it when it is not occupied, and can control movements on it the same way as moving around without the ice ball. While on the ball, the player must aim to get it towards their goal, and also gains the ability to use jump pockets. When in a jump pocket, the player can hold down {{button|wiiu|A}} or {{button|wii|2}} to launch, going further the longer it is held for, and can control their aerial movements the same way as moving on the ground.
