A bonus level can be played after completing enough regular levels. The layout is notably based on a slightly altered version of [[Level 6-3+|Level 6-3+]]'s layout, featuring icy terrain in a lot of places and a few [[Spring]]s in place of where the Color Switches would be. Like before, there are three 1-Up Mushrooms that are present across the level itself. The player must catch the [[flying key]] while making it across slippery ice then reach the chest in the center to collect additional bonuses.
