The '''Shell''' is an item that appears in ''[[Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble!]]''. Although it is of no real use to [[Dixie Kong|Dixie]] and [[Kiddy Kong]], it is needed to complete a trade.

The Shell was found at the bottom of [[Lake Orangatanga]] by [[Bazaar]], who then put it on sale at his general store for five [[Bear Coin]]s. If the [[Kong]]s purchase it, they may present it to [[Barnacle]], who needs it for his collection. In exchange for the Shell, Barnacle will trade the Kongs his [[Banana Bird]] for it.
