Shell's Secret is a secret area in the game Super Mario Sunshine. It is located in Noki Bay, and is the main feature of Episode 6 (with the same name). The Noki Elder tells Mario that a strange dimension has entered, and Mario must go in the shell to calm it. To get to the shell, Mario must jump across tightropes, avoiding Wire Traps, until he gets to the highest tightrope. Mario must follow the tightrope to the pink shell, where there is an entrance to the Shell's Secret.

Once in the Shell's Secret, Mario spawns inside a strange box, with sides made of glass. Mario must Wall Jump up the box to get out and jump across the spinning platforms. Then, Mario must jump across the platforms, which retreat back into the wall. Then, Mario must climb up a pole and walk across a tightrope, where he will encounter some wooden platforms. Mario must wall jump up the perpendicular walls by jumping at the wall at an angle, which gets Mario to the next platform. After Mario repeats this, he will land on the last wooden platform. Mario will encounter rotating rectangular blocks, similar to the ones found in Ricco Harbor's secret area, which he must run across to get to the stacked spinning platforms. Mario must jump with correct timing to get on the next platform, and repeat until he gets to the final spinning platform. Once at the top, Mario simply has to run across the rotating block and jump onto the final platform to claim the Shine Sprite.
