Red-Hot Run or castle is the third level of World Castle in Super Mario 3D World and its Nintendo Switch port Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. It is unlocked by completing Fort Fire Bros., and completion of either this level or Switchblack Ruins unlocks Boiling Blue Bully Belt. It is a 100-second level, like Pretty Plaza Panic and Backstreet Bustle, but considerably longer, thus incorporating the use of Dash Panels.

The characters must speed through several areas containing spiked rollers and Donut Blocks atop somewhat narrow platforms. Clear Pipes are used to travel to other sections of the level. There are a total of 56 Dash Panels in the level, and the sounds they make when running across them increase and decrease in pitch along with the music. The level later branches out into three separate pathways that players can choose to take, each leading to a Clear Pipe that takes them to the Goal Pole.

A secret Warp Pipe can be found in the pit near the second Green Star. It leads to a secret room containing 24 Goombas and a Super Star.
*Green Star 1: At the end of the first section.  The star can be obtained if the characters chose to take the right path at the beginning.

Collectables
*Green Star 2: At the beginning of the second section.  Go through a green star ring and collect the green coins.
