The game starts off in a child's room with two boxes: one of them is a gift box, and the other one is a dirty carton. Either box may contain the correct gift (a Model car) or the incorrect gift (a dead fish). The boxes can be shaken by tapping on them with the ds stylus. When tapped, the box containing the toy car makes a noise of something solid falling, while the box containing the dead fish makes a noise of water dripping. After selecting a box, the player must tap the thumbs-up icon to confirm their choice, which opens the box and reveals the item inside. Choosing the toy car wins the microgame, while choosing the dead fish results in a loss.
The game starts off in a kid's room with two boxes, which one of them is a gift box and the other one is a dirty carton. Each box may contain the true gift (which is actually a RC car) or a dead fish. The boxes should be shaken; the true gift makes a noise like the noise when a solid thing falls, and the dead fish makes the noise of water dripping. Then, the "thumbs up" icon should be tapped to confirm the choice. Choosing the dead fish results in a loss.

The child has the same face as the Baby Face from Mario Paint. Even after one of the boxes is opened, an oversight allows it to be tapped again to close it.
Trivia
* Even after making the choice, the opened box could be tapped again, and weirdly, it would be closed.
