| A '''Power Badge''' is a power-up in ''[[Yoshi's Woolly World]]'' and its remake ''[[Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World]]'' that grant {{id|Yoshi|species}} a variety of beneficial effects. The player can select one Power Badge to use from from a menu that appears prior to starting a level and the Power Badge is removed from Yoshi upon exiting the level. The player can switch their current Power Badge at anytime during the level via the pause menu, but this also costs Beads and the game does not restore a purchase made if the player swaps away from then back to the same Power Badge.
