In ''[[Mario Party 6]]'' and ''[[Mario Party 7]]'', it becomes the '''Piranha Plant Orb''' that players could only place on a space (and costs fifteen coins at the [[Orb Shop]]). Opponents that landed on a space containing the Orb again gets eaten by a Piranha Plant and loses half their coins, but the owner of that space receives the coins.
