'''Palkia''' is a legendary [[Pokémon]] featured as the mascot of ''Pokémon Pearl''. Palkia is also seen in ''[[Super Smash Bros. Brawl]]'', in the unlockable stage [[Spear Pillar]], along with [[Dialga]] and [[Cresselia]] (although never in the same battle on the stage). The stage lights will turn to a pinkish color when Palkia is about to appear. Palkia can cause the stage to crumble and collapse, fire a strong energy beam across the cavern section of the stage, and flip the stage upside down using its' signature move Spacial Rend. It can also use this ability to reverse left and right, which also swaps the controller buttons that need to be pressed to go in the desired direction. This power is based on Palkia's control over space. Palkia may sometimes jump off its' platform and on to the stage, causing damage to players who come into contact with it. This can also be done by Dialga.
