PK Starstorm can refer to one of the following Final Smashes in the Super Smash Bros. series:
PK Starstorm is the Final Smash of both Ness and Lucas in Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U. The move is based upon a PSI attack appearing in both EarthBound and Mother 3. When used in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the character summons meteors that rain down on the stage, damaging anybody hit by them. The meteors summoned by Ness rain down outward and individually, knocking away opponents and dealing more damage, while Lucas's rain down in an inward direction in groups, but deals slightly less damage compared to Ness's version.
*Ness's PK Starstorm.

*Lucas's PK Starstorm.
In Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U, PK Starstorm is entirely changed. The meteors no longer rain down randomly across the stage, instead being concentrated in one area, raining down from the center of the stage. The angle at which the meteors fall can be adjusted with the control stick and the meteors now deal fire damage. Lucas's deals less damage than Ness's, but has a higher knockback.

|Lucas's Final Smash. He pulls a large group of stars from the sky and sends them smashing down among his enemies, causing damage to one and all. In Mother 3, this move was used by Lucas' traveling companion, Princess Kumatora. As Ness learned this move from Poo, Princess Kumatora taught Lucas when he learned he would appear in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

This attack appeared in the Mother series, but it was Poo, not Ness, who wielded it. Perhaps Poo taught Ness the secret of the attack for use in Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

|In EarthBound, this PSI ability belonged to Poo, the Crown Prince of Dalaam and one of Ness's friends. Ness must have learned it especially for Smash Bros.! The attack makes a shower of meteors fall onto the stage, damaging any foe it hits. While the attack's in progress, Ness is invincible and can adjust the meteors' trajectory.

|You can adjust the direction of the shooting stars in this attack! Rain stars down on multiple fighters at once, or be mean and pick on a single fighter. The choice is yours! If a star connects, it will deal ongoing fire damage, making it hard for opponents to return to the stage.

Trivia
*In the MOTHER / EarthBound series, Ness and Lucas do not actually learn PK Starstorm. According to their respective Final Smash trophies in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, it is stated that they were instead taught by the party members that learn the move in their respective games (Poo from EarthBound taught Ness, and Kumatora from Mother 3 taught Lucas).
