The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!: Once Upon a Koopa (otherwise known as simply Once Upon a Koopa) is the second thematic DVD of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! As the title implies, the DVD focuses on episodes based on fairy tales and novels. The DVD was released by NCircle Entertainment on December 18, 2007.[citation needed]
Episodes[edit]
The episodes in Once Upon a Koopa were taken from the same database of the full boxset of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, without live-action segments, which were cut from them. However, because the live-action segment "Baby Mario Love" was already removed from it, this is the only episode that plays the credits song in its end. The DVD contains the following episodes:
- Episode 7: "Mario and the Beanstalk"
- Episode 18: "The Adventures of Sherlock Mario"
- Episode 21: "Koopenstein"
- Episode 25: "Hooded Robin and His Mario Men"
- Episode 44: "Little Red Riding Princess"
