The Mushroom Kingdom Hospital is the location where Dr. Mario takes place. The Viruses spread throughout the hospital after an experiment by Dr. Mario and Nurse Toadstool went awry, leaving Dr. Mario to fix the mess.
The Mushroom Kingdom Hospital is a hospital in the Mushroom Kingdom. It was mentioned in the manual of Dr. Mario and the game takes place there. This is the hospital where the Viruses started attacking. Dr. Mario, Nurse Toadstool and likely other doctors that work at this hospital.

The hospital is actually seen in full in the Nintendo Comics System story "The Doctor Is In... Over His Head", where it is named the Mushroom Kingdom General Hospital. Dr. Waldo Bloom works there, although by the end of the story, he takes up golf and has Mario take his position. In addition to Mushroomland folks, enemy characters are also treated at the hospital, but are made to sign a contract to be good before they leave (though it sometimes fails).

A hospital similar to the Mushroom Kingdom Hospital makes an incidental appearance in Dr. Mario World in the backgrounds for the Clinic Event after all the tasks are complete and the popups announcing the clinic events.
The UK also has a "Mushroom Kingdom Hospital" dedicated to Nintendo of Great Britain, and they are planning to rebel against Nintendo of Japan, and start a British Mushroomy war. British Luigi is planning on using the British Toads to their advantage. The Super Crapper might just be the start of all this, Japan being jealous that they didn't think of it earlier.

The British are also supporting the secession of a Nintendo of Nebraska, where they ally with the British and take over New Zealand. Once Nintendo of New Zealand is taken over, you can take her pillow.

The British Mushroomy war has started! British Mario is trying to flank the Nintendo of Japan with the British Yoshis. But British Luigi is going for a British strategy. British, I tell you! BRITISH!!! He is trying to speed up the release of Super Luigi Galaxy in the Areas of South America, North Africa, and of course... Nebraska. He is also trying to Super Luigi the British Bowser's monocle high up into space, use the power of the sun, and then burn the Nintendo of Alaska. Surprisingly, Nintendo of America is not involved in the war yet, but Canada is thinking of joining the Japanese, helping in their lack of military after World War II, and are pretty much defenseless in this mushroomy war without Canada.
